耳介の表面 – Facies auricularis

説明

腸骨鞍部の内面には、鞍部表面という粗い表面があり、前面と後面の2つに分けられます。

• 前面は耳に似ていることから耳介面と呼ばれ、新鮮な状態では軟骨で覆われており、仙骨の側面の同様の面と関節している。
• 後面は腸骨結節として知られており、後仙腸関節靭帯が付着し、大腰筋と多裂筋が発生するために隆起して粗くなっている。
